Brachialis or Anterior Capsular Elbow Strain With Rehab

Brachialis or anterior capsular elbow strain is also known as climber’s elbow. The brachialis muscle is important for flexing the forearm at the elbow joint. This condition occurs when the brachialis muscle in your upper arm is inflamed or when you have a strain in the front of your upper arm (anterior compartment). This condition causes pain in the front of the elbow. This condition is usually an overuse injury that at first causes minimal pain, and slowly progresses. Strain to the anterior compartment is often caused by excessive and repeated straightening of the elbow.
