Anti- bias curriculum is essentially optimistic work about for our children’s future. Anti-bias education in NAEYC has four core goals, each of the goals applies to children of all backgrounds and influences of the programs. Firstly, support children’s self- awareness, confidence, family pride and positive social identities. As children develop a strong sense of both individual and group identity. Secondly, each child will express comfort and joy with human diversity, accurate language for human differences and deep caring human connections. Children learn how to treat all people caringly and fairly and prejudice. Thirdly, each child will increasingly recognize unfairness and understand that unfairness hurts. Children develop

Based on the studies in USA, there are some approach that apply in anti-bias classroom. One of the approach is, address gender diversity board in classroom all the time. For example, prepared the pictures of people in non- traditional gender roles such as male dancer and a female construction worker. Next approach is, aware of some gender – neutral terms such as “Fire fighters” and “police officers” instead of using “fireman”. (Farago, 2017 ) Another study in Korea indicate that, all teacher claimed that together included different culture of children in classroom, they have implement anti-bias education in their classroom use the common method which teaching different cultures as apart of curriculum with the topic called “Our world” and “different countries around the world”. Although teacher had limited information, knowledge and resources on how to implement anti-bias education, but they were doing their best to make all the children feel included in classroom. It is all about proud about families and themselves, justice, the knowledge that when human being together can make difference, voice out the rights and each of the child have equal opportunity. As the world now is dominant by different culture families. Thus, implication for implementing anti-bias education is a must.
Regarding to the discussion above, it is clear that early childhood educators need more training opportunities, anti-bias knowledge and skills that meet the needs of early childhood education for anti-bias education. For example the workshop or symposium that related to anti-bias programs. As an early childhood educators, relevant teaching practice and training have to provide in order to implement meaningful and effective anti-bias programs to young children. Perhaps, the power of an educators are not strong if implementing our own. But, what educators can do is continue to implement the meaningful anti-bias programs. There is a belief which the little power always accumulates slowly. Hopefully, as time goes on, more books and interesting curriculum will be written for the anti-bias education programs. With a wider availability of curriculum , perhaps more bias issues will be reduce and the world will become more
