Ever since I was young I've always desired helping people. By watching my siblings grow up with different health issues, I've experienced the pain family faces when faced with medical situations. I've known that no matter what field I go into I would like to help people, which is why I've leaned toward the medical; more specifically, medicine. When stating medicine, I mean more along the lines of oral radiology, so I could help discover problems relating to the mouth and throat. Along with doing this, I would be able to diagnosis problems and help people and families seek out further care to help combat their problem.
While in high-school I have participated in marching and concert band. Participating in these activities have given me opportunities to participate in a number of honor bands throughout the state, while also giving me valuable leadership skills by giving me the ability to be a section leader and back field commander. These programs have also provided me with the skills of time management, responsibility, and respect.

Since October 18th, 2017, I have been employed at my local Shop n' Save. While working the job I have been given between 20-25 hours a week and work 4 days out of the week. As a deli worker I have been given the responsibility of providing excellent customer service as well as keeping my work area clean, well-stocked, and neat. This has shown me that working a job takes precision and time management; school work still needs completed accurately and with maximum effort to keep grades maintained; in a job you need to get everything done within a certain time limit and make sure that everything is done within the time slot
