The Summa Theological tries to describe the relationship between God and human beings and to explain how everything is made possible through Christ; it was constructed of three parts. The first part talked a lot about the existence of god. The second part manly deals with the purpose of man. Then the last part talks about Christ and the events that he went through. Aquinas does well at defining the different sections. He was well known for using the scholastic method. The scholastic method uses reasoning to give knowledge by inference, is also helps resolving conflicts. The method has five steps to it: 1) begin with objections 2) annihilate those objections with logic 3) present your own stance 4) return back to the source for further arguments
