Irvine, California - Elizabeth Lee was at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church on sunday December 14, 2014. She sat down on a seat to take the Mass just like every sunday. The Mass started and she noticed a family rushing in to take the seats next to her. There was one abnormal thing about the family. The mom was on a wheelchair with a beanie on her head. Elizabeth realized that the mom, Catalina Lee, had cancer.

Elizabeth Lee is definitely not an ordinary woman because she decided to live with the family to take care of Catalina and Avery, her daughter, even though she had her own family to take care for.

Before Elizabeth met Catalina, she was an ordinary woman that was just known as a nice, kind, and caring women to neighbors, and friends. …show more content…

She also learned that Catalina and Avery, needed to be taken cared because her dad would be going to work.

“When I heard about Catalina Lee’s situation, I felt very bad and I felt like they really needed some help,” Elizabeth said.

Elizabeth Lee always met Catalina and her family every sunday at the church. They became very close to the point where Elizabeth Lee felt that she should take care of Catalina.

One day, Elizabeth got a call from Young, requesting her if she can take care of Catalina and Avery because Young has to go to work and nobody can take care for them. That was the first time Elizabeth took care of them at their house.

For about 3 months, Elizabeth Lee have gone to their house for 45 days in total to take care of Catalina and Avery.

“I was very busy during those 3 months. However, I felt the real happiness. I was saving a person. I just had to be more diligent, “ Elizabeth said.

One day, Young told Elizabeth that their 2 year rent for the house has ended, so they had to move. Coincidentally, Elizabeth’s rent has ended, too. They both needed to find a new house. Then Elizabeth, got an idea, and that was to move in together into the same
