It was a normal day for the gods, filled with their duties and no time for any fun or free time at all, so they were all bored out of their minds. Their duties consisted of running errands, creating battle strategies for upcoming wars, counseling, blacksmithing, hunting, driving the sun, ruling the dead, and keeping things in order. All the gods were doing their duties up until they were suddenly teleported into the throne room on Mount Olympus with a bright flash that looked like a rainbow. Once the rainbow flash died down, in its place stood the Olympian Council, Hades, Hestia, Bellona, Terminus, Fortuna, Luna, Sol, the Allfather, Thor, Frigga, Loki, Sif, Heimdall, Horus, Amon Ra, Isis, Osiris, and Set. After what would have seemed like a century to demigods, they all came to an agreement and nodded their support for the idea. Athena’s face lightened up before trying to figure out who should go first.
“Well, how about we have our leaders play a round of rock paper scissors and whoever wins will get to choose who goes first?” suggested the queen of the Viking gods.
