Army Leadership Requirement Model
The study in depth project, the Army Leadership Requirement Model, is relevant to my field of study, the Administrative Leadership degree program, because it helps individuals to improve their communication, planning, analyzing, and management skills. All the different attributes and competencies in the model are important for professionals and service members who desire an advantage in the organization (Department of the Army, 2012). The model also gives leaders an advantage in human skills, understanding the ability to work with others. This people skill will help a leader to work successfully with subordinates, peers, and superiors in any organization. My study in depth project has real world applicability because leadership is vital and essential organization accomplishments and to the Army profession. Leaders are always the center of every community, such as a business, social groups, or religion. All these communities have a close personal interaction and communication always dominates the way leaders interact with their followers.
