My project is going to help my local American Legion Post in creating an area in where the legion members (veterans) can talk and socialize. This project is going to consist of installing a barbecue system and beautifying the area around the barbecue system. Also, it is imperative that the area around the barbecue looks nice aswell. Some of the tasks for beautification include : Painting a concrete wall found in the back of the eating area.

Once America Had declared war against Germany many Progressives, labor leaders, and socialist rallied around President Wilson and supported the notion of war. Why? Well because it would help the economy and the state of our workforce. During this time we saw the military service grow exponentially and new agencies pop up everywhere to regulate several sectors like agriculture, transportation, and labor agencies.
In this essay I will talk about the Army Leadership Code and its application, and about my personal ideal leadership model and how this fits in with the Army Leadership Code. There are many leadership models. The British Army uses the Army Leadership Code (SO2 Leadership, 2017). It uses the acronym LEADERS to make it easier to remember, each letter standing for a tenet of the code. The first is Lead by example.
Now, this is not an easy feat. We have the best profession in the world. We get to serve the small portion of our country who volunteered to serve in this organization, but that bears with it a great amount of responsibility. Human Resources professionals in the Army have an expectation to be an expert at all things administrative. It does not matter how long you have served in the role.
You can say that my journey with the Military started the day I was born. I was born on April 29, 1998 at the 7th Medical Group on Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, Texas. With the love and care I received from the neonatal nurses that were stationed on Dyess Air Force Base I quickly lost the title of ‘premie’. In 1999 my mother and father were both assigned to Landstuhl Army Base in Germany, I appreciated the military letting them be together. I am so blessed having my mother as a Medical Technician, I knew I was always in great hands when I was sick.
