Ender’s trials are portrayed more convincingly in the book, as the book shows him struggling with the expectations placed upon him more so than in the movie. Ender's Game has been one of my favorite books since I was little. I first read the book when I was 10 years old. While, at the time I did not fully understand the plot, I did find the story very appealing. The story revolves around an impossible version of reality and it is this oddity that originally piqued my interest. The value that I was able to find in this narrative writing assignment was the ability to be able to tell my story. It gave me the opportunity to actually think about myself and the life experiences I have gone through. Although, I often go back and reflect from time to time to see the growth in which I have overcome. While in other ways it was hard to believe I made it through those experiences.
