Through there are many debates on the effectiveness of art therapy and the therapy itself improving patients life chance, The whole research illustrates that Art therapy can benefit people with their social and interpersonal skills. The benefits of art therapy in these types of situations can help with people having a difficult time functioning within social situations. This is supported by my primary resource who had undergone art Therapy and whom I interviewed. She described the experience as being “rehabilitating”. Implying that the welfares of art therapy make it valued and worth discovering as a substance for healing and also suggesting that art therapy can help recover numerous psychological and physical indications including reducing pain, anxiety, and tension.
