Young Blood VS Older Blood Is it possible for the young blood given to an older mouse possible to make its brain become younger? In the articles that we read i’m gonna go with the pro side and say yes it may. The reason for why I say that I agree is because of how it changed the process for an older mouse with younger blood maybe it will work for us so i’m for it. I’m all for it because it can give older humans a chance to feel young again. First, Once people become older they really can’t function and will start to get age related diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and some conditions like heart enlargement. This is cited from the article “Swapping Young Blood for Old Reverses Aging,” young blood might help turn around declines in cognitive function associated with age-related conditions such as heart enlargement and Alzheimer's disease.” (Frazer). Scientists have been conducting tests with outcomes that prove that using this process will help cure those with these age-related diseases. For us this means that we will one day have trouble being able to move and being able to do our daily objectives. While we get older we will have trouble remembering stuff also. “there might be factors in the young blood that can produce globally regenerating effects in older animals.” (Frazer). The young blood seems to contain an element that will help the reverse the effects of aging in the older animals. I know that elder people muscles do not work as well than a younger person and that they deserve to have that feeling of being able to move all of their weaker muscles and bones
