Sophie Hudson attends a camp called Juveniles Reaching Achievements Camp(JRA) during the summer. Being a part of Juveniles Reaching Achievements Camp for three years now, she enjoys it greatly. Her doctor recommended it for her when she diagnosed Sophie with a rheumatic disease, an autoimmune disease;the body’s own immune system is turning on parts of the body. The camp is directed towards people with these specific diseases. Sophie had Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis , uveitis and sarcoidosis.

Medicare guidelines steer the approaches taken by healthcare organizations.
Proactive approach to deal with police misconduct is to create or control a situation. For example, EMS was created to monitor police behavior and to give them an intervention to prevent future police misconduct. This could be seen as “hearing” citizens’ complaints, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights wanted to take a “heads on approach”; by listening to citizens’ points of view on police officers’ behavior. Reactive approach is to response to a situation rather than to create or control a situation. For example, “Efforts to deal effectively with police misconduct have been reactive, as opposed to proactive, in the past” (Hughes & Andre, 2007, Implementation of EWSs and Stakeholders, Para 4).
The Goal Action Plan will monitor and assess the new goals of the school, which is the increase in academic scoring on the Ohio State Tests in both Mathematics and Language Arts. A set district team will monitor regularly the implementation of this plan and will modify the plan based upon the district’s progress toward achieving the goals and using identified progress measures. However, the district will also recognize the immense importance that academic subjects, other than reading and math, contribute to the success of a student. With this, it is understood that many students are supported in their development of reading and math skills through other academic subjects.
“So, Dennis, this may be hard to hear but it looks like you have asthma” my doctor said to my 10 year old self. I was so worried that now having asthma that I couldn't do certain things like sports, or workout, or even walk my dog. My doctor said that many people have asthma, so I thought how do people treat or deal with asthma. So I did some research and what I found was revolutionary to me. So I already knew that 3 million children had asthma, and that even athletes could have asthma, but what I didn't know is how they treated it.
Despite having this chronic illness, I am learning how to live and do all of my usual activities. Using my inhalers helps me breathe better, but I must use them each day and before sporting events. Occasionally there have been times when I have forgotten to take my inhaler, and it made a significant difference in my ability to exercise. Learning how to recognize my symptoms has been a crucial part of managing my asthma. Quickly identifying my symptoms and triggers has also been helpful so I can change them before they get out of control.
