The way in which a team of people is driven depends on many factors. Not in every situation, one and the same driving model can be applied to every human team. The use of management style is conscious and purposeful action, relating to people, not organizations. The autocratic style of managment manifests itself in the power of the manager. He/she does not allow his subordinates to make the decision. It identifies the tasks to be performed and the methods of work, without giving the employees the opportunity to independently decide and show the initiative.
