Cricket vs Baseball

The sport of cricket and baseball are widely considered, by many people, to be very identical in many ways, but both of these sports are also very unique in terms rules and how they are played. For Example: They are both played in different areas of the world, they have different teams and different techniques, they have different players and different rules and they have different rituals and traditions. Baseball is a very popular sport, in the United States, and it is played by many throughout the country. It is a team sport that is played on a national level on a special type of field, sometimes called the baseball diamond, over the course of several periods of plays, called innings. In each inning, there are two parts called “top” and “bottom”. Each team has a role to play by either defending the field or by scoring points from hitting the baseball.
In this sport, points are scored by hitting a thrown ball (the baseball) with a bat, and then running around the four bases and returning to the home base (the base you bat from). If the runner is tagged, with the baseball, before reaching the base, the runner is considered out. After three outs the inning is moved forward and the team switch places.
