Abstract
Eating healthy food is the main step of living a healthy lifestyle. It is very important for everyone to eat healthy because it can improve physical health by fighting diseases. It can also help to have good mental health and be happy. Additionally, healthy food can increase productivity and higher the performance in workplaces. So, healthy food is one reason of healthy living.

Actually, students and people who have jobs must have healthy lifestyle and eat healthy as healthy food increases productivity. "The World Health Organization"(Mindflash, 2011) found that eating healthy food can increase productivity up to" 20%"(Mindflash, 2011). In addition, if someone eats healthy food regularly, his/her children and even grandchildren will have high levels of productivity. As Widrich (2012) said " What you eat, can according to Gomez-Pinilla rewire your genes, and the more you strengthen the synaptic connections, the better your kids and their kids will perform". Productivity will increase by eating healthy food ,especially for employees. Some other studies show that employees who work in companies and eat healthy food have high performance in work. According to Brooks(2013), " Employees who eat healthy all day long were 25 percent more likely to have higher job performance, the study found, while those who eat five or more servings of fruit and vegetables at least four times a week were 20 percent more likely to be more productive." So, high performance in jobs or schools depends on the healthy food the person
