Some men were born to be great leaders and some were born to be great learners. Benjamin Franklin was born to be both. One of the greatest minds our country has ever seen. Franklin saw the world different than others, he was always curious. He wanted to know how and why things happened. A great leader who used his writing and communication skills to join a whole country together. People from America colony’s to Europe valued Franklin’s opinions. A very wise man with a lot to offer to the new world. A lot of things that we have now is because of Benjamin Franklin. He was a very humble man who never wanted much credit or popularity, Franklin wanted to be a scientist and to bring the colonist together. Always wondering why something happened, Franklin observed his experiments and recorded them down in a book. A deep thinker Franklin was. Franklin watched everything around him, even when he would go swimming he would watch the sharks and observed their behavior (Morgan 5). A determined Franklin never stopped considering things that he couldn’t explain until he found a solution (Morgan 6). The world was different in Franklin’s eyes and mind than it was to others. His brain never stopped thinking always wanting to either think of new ideas to bring together the people of the colonies or design something
