In the MESO analysis, we have discussed the competition of all the countries, including The UK. We have determined that the top competitors in The UK are WooCommerce, Magento, Virtuemart, and Shopify. Shopify has the highest competitive score, and therefore we will use this company to compare with. In this chapter, we will compare BetterBisnes to Shopify based on competitiveness, and see how well BetterBisnes performs against Shopify. Furthermore, we will discuss what the threat is of future competition, and explain how BetterBisnes can counter this threat.
