There are many different kinds and types of creatures that appear in Bilbo's adventure. One of the creatures is a Dragon. A quote showing the dragons placement on the social hierarchy, is “Your information is antiquated., he snapped ‘I am armoured above and below with iron scales and hard gems. No blade can pierce me.”(Tolkien 226). This quote shows that Dragons are narcissistic and when someone is narcissistic other things or people do not like them, because they think that they’re the best and no one likes it when other things or people talk about themselves.
