In my opinion I would be an Anti-Federalists, they didn't hate or despised them federalism, they simply needed to make upgrades. Hostile to Federalism attempted to put more power into the states hands, giving state government’s greater expert. Similarly as Anti-Federalist trust, I do agree with the constitution although the bill of rights that was later included was essential and important.
