Overeating is Symptoms do not stop eating or can’t control what is eaten, you are not hungry but you want to eat all the time. This disease is an abnormal mental system. We know as “ Binge Eating Disorder” (BED) research by Albert Stunkard who a psychiatrist and researcher. Disorder can occur in women and men. They can eat a lot of food at a time and so fast. It different from Anorexia nervosa and other disorder. From disorder, they do not want to diet or exercise but they feel guilty, feel bad, stress and anxiety about their own unbearable behavior afterward. Most people with this disease will not know. They do not think of themselves as being sick.

A woman who was an eating disorder should have this factor. She had hurt from low self-esteem, solitude, and body dissatisfaction. Being eating disorder improve as side effect of depression, it is generally for everyone who got this, so they will console themselves by foods when they feeling down. Also people that face in traumatic situation. For example, sexual abuse, stress, and body criticism.
You will lose your confidence. Firstly, you will worry about your social image. It also hard to find dress that appropriate and make you feel confident. Another thing is when you want to apply for some jobs. You will lose the benefit. Many companies will choose the best one who appropriates than other.
Harm your health and obesity. Firstly, eat too much of any food will harm your health in numeral ways. As you may hear “you are what you eat”. It’s mean there are many symptom and disease come from your habits of eating such as cancer, stroke, heart failure, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, overweight.
