Due to economic fall, political instability or any other reasons china is the leading county for birth tourism. Latin Americans are also considered having high birth tourism. So states which are bordered to those countries see large birth tourism issues. China is raised in so many medians as a leading country in birth tourism. In fact reports shows that in china there are many companies which can facilitate such trip. In china it is common for most middle class families to give birth in American soil. Birth right citizenship have these pros. It will save healthcare cost. To save countriy’s healthcare cost we need to spread the overall cost. If these birth tourist mother are allowed to give birth and live in the states, it would help by pooling costs. It will improve social services. If a country allow parents to live here, government are not obliged to food stamps and other benefits. It allows local currency to be spend domestically. On the other hand, the cons of birth right citizen ship are discussed below. It strictly violates government law. The 14th amendment makes birth right citizenship legal.
