Black Blizzard In The 1930's

In the mid 1930’s a young child was watching the “black blizzard” rolling in over the plains.
The child was very aware and scared. The child shouted “ma, dad take cover!” and the child parents rushed to get the wet cloths to put on their faces during the storm and they huddle in the middle of the room to take cover. The house was pitched black, nothing can be seen.
The “black blizzard” would shorten their breathing as they huddled during the storm. The child was nervously breathing. They would all breathe so heavily.
As the “black blizzard” passes through their area. They would gasp within their breathing.
Also they prayed that they would be okay after the storm, because some people aren’t so lucky when it comes to storms such as the “black
