Blake’s wrote many very famous poems. At a young age Blake thought he had a gift of vision when he thought he saw God and a bunch of angels. In his poems, he has features of archetypes and such. Archetypes can be defined as a certain symbol or something along those lines that represents something else. Blake’s two most famous poems are the Lamb and Tyger. In these two poems by Blake, there are examples of archetypes.
First off, Blake’s poem about the lamb has an example of an archetype. The lamb represents being gentle and innocent. Blake says in his poem, “He is meek and he is mild.” (line 15).
