Bo Diddley is one of the greatest influences in the R&B music profession and is rather known as The Originator for this mere reason, as well as for making the foundation rhythms of Rock & Roll very popular, but did he truly deserve to be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame? Bo Diddley did meet the requirements to be awarded this for many people,by just simply showing he could keep up his status of a rock and roll pioneer by releasing albums frequently, as well as being capable enough to invent his own tremolo effect and own guitar. All of these were things that helped him get this recognition of being in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame but there were also some other things that made it difficult to judge if he truly deserved it,such as having poor judgement on contracts he made and being underpaid a lot. …show more content…

Some of these albums being the 1988’s “Live at the Ritz” which was a concert recording with Ron Wood from rolling stone and a studio album that feature a lot of famous guests which was 1996’s “A Man Among Men”. These were some of the most recognized albums at that time period that he recorded through Checker in the Mid-Seventies each of his albums reflecting the unique playing he had that was very different to the artists at that time and was greatly admired by it. This helped to prove the fact that he could release albums every so now and then with the same like sound in each of his albums without people getting tired of it and were in the need of wanting more of the same sounds they were accustomed to
