This paper reviews Bob Barrett Men’s Apparel, which is a medium-high luxury men’s apparel store located in Fort McMurray, AB. The objective of this study is to provide an overview of the supply chain of this small enterprise and to provide information regarding the methods, opportunities, and flaws regarding each component within it. In addition, this research will seek to provide support to the problems identified, and to introduce solutions to the downfalls of the company through the use of SMART criteria.
