Truly my first indoctrination regarding Bobath was in my pre-clinical days. At that time we have been introduced to the reflex inhibiting patterns and the use of key points of control in our interventions with stroke patients (Bobath, 1990). Fairly at that time I have no concept about evidence-based practice thus I accepted hook, line and sinker that Bobath was the way to go in treatment of patients with stroke.
