I, one of people that read the book; Night by Elie Wiesel, would like to share some opinions that I have for the book that I read. Before that, we should know what the book; Night is about. This book is a writing of one of the survivors from the Holocaust, World War II. The beginning of the story take place in Sighet, Transylvania in 1941. The author superbly expresses the feelings that he felt during the dark age of this world that he experienced through his writing. Before I started to read the beginning, I first read the title of the book. It was like a presage that helped me to predict how it’s going to be like. As I thought, It is right, what is in the book is as dark as the pitch black of the night sky. The very first pages run smoothly. There’s almost nothing happens there. This book mentions about god and religion for multiple times as if god is their mental supporter, so I think god is one of the main points of story that the author wants to indicate to his readers. …show more content…

There is a scene that Moishe the Beadle tried to warn, and to tell what he has seen to everyone, but nobody did believe him. Moishe the Beadle who is like the leader of the synagogue, the person that everyone respects, but in that time, no one believed him, not at all, even his disciple. Another thing that I noticed is Moishe the Beadle is one of people that believe in god and respect his religion the most, but he interrupted when people were doing important thing, praying. Since nobody believed him and not a long time from that day, German soldiers get into Sighet, he never mention god, not even
