There are many challenges during their journey and they have to survive through them.
During the Holocaust about 500,000 to 750,000 people were murdered due to their religion. Elie Wiesel was one of the people who survived this tragic event and wrote Night to bring attention and to inform about how it happened. The book Night is a nonfiction book about how Elie Wiesel lived in the town of Sighet as a child and was put into a concentration camp. He was put in a concentration camp because he is Jewish and was growing up during World War 2, when Hitler ordered the extermination of all Jewish people. This book is well written and fits all of my criteria for what makes a book worth reading.
The book Night is a very descriptive book about the holocaust and the man who wrote the book Elie Wiesel has showed the cruelty that people can be but also shows how people still resist to what was happening to them not a mass of people but enough for him to notice. “A violin in a dark barrack where the dead were piled on top of the living? Who was this madman who played the violin here, at the edge of his own grave?” (Wiesel 95). The person who played the violin was a kid around the same age as Elie named Juliek.
Elie Wiesel is a fifteen year old boy who believes in God. Elie Wiesel then gets taken to the Holocaust of 1941-1945. All he can do is try to survive as long as he can, doing anything he can.
I’ll be talking about a book called “Night” it's about a jewish boy who goes threw the holocaust with his father. I will be talking about how food was a big part throughout the book and how they struggle to get it and how they use it to get thing or they give things to get it. In the beginning of the book it talks about how food is a big part but in the beginning it didn’t seem to hard in fact it talks about how each and every day they had bread and soup for the day. In the book it almost sounded easy to get it but it also talks about how they had to work to get the food they had.
The book “Night” by Elie Wiesel is about a Jew boy named Eliezer or Elie who was sent to a concentration camp and was separated from his younger sister and his mom but he stayed with his father. He went through a very hard time trying to help his father survive through all the abuse and weakness and still tried to put himself together for his survival too. This book falls on the Memoir and Biography genre. Elie and his father are basically the main characters in this book since in the concentration camps men were separated from women and we didn’t hear about his sister and mother again.
The book I read was Night written by Elie Wiesel this book takes place at Nazi concentration camps called Auschwitz and Buchenwald during the Holocaust. Elie Wiesel's main reason in writing Night was to show the world what he expierenced and to show what destruction mankind can do to each other. I also believe Wiesel wrote Night to prevent the horrific things that happened during the Holocaust to happen again. Another reason I think Wiesel wrote Night was to remember all the people that died at the hands of the Nazis so they can not be forgotten. When I first read Night my first thought was disbelief because I could not believe how much pain was inflicted on the Jews during the Holocaust and how Elie survived the Nazi concentration camps to
Do you think that you have what it takes to survive alongside Elie? In Night, by Elie Wiesel, his story is told when he is taken to a concentration camp along with his family and stripped of his belongings and identity. Throughout the book, Elie Wiesel shares information about the people he meets, the attacks he had, and the death around him and along with the countless other things that made him a survivor of the Holocaust. Some of the most influential people showed up relatively early in Elie’s life.
The holocaust was one of, if not the, worst events in history, German soldiers killed six million Jewish men, women, and children, and even more were put into concentration camps. Elie Wiesel wrote a book about the time he served in concentration camps called Night. (simple) During his time in the camps he suffered many tragedies including losing his entire family. He was beaten, tested over and over for many months, and he was filled with trepidation, yet he kept going through it all.
The world, hate, and religion. How the Holocaust brings this altogether. Like a child we trust and believe in what we are told. We are excited to learn more. In this book called Night Elie Wiesel was excited to learn more about his religion and the study of Kubbalah.

Holocaust The website " The Holocaust; Facts and Figures" says how approximately 6 million Jews were killed during the holocaust and about 1.1 million Jews were Killed too. Hitler was the leader of the Germans. Hitler would tell the Germans to kill the Jews, they attacked Jews because the Nazis considered them a race, also because they thought Jews were the cause of losing world war I. The Nazis also wanted some land so they thought that by getting rid of the Jews they would be able to keep their land.

Night is an autobiography by Elie Wiesel and his time in the concentration camps of Nazi Germany. His story starts in 1994 Sighet, Wiesel’s hometown, when Polish soldiers turn it into a ghetto, and eventually shipping all the Jews to Auschwitz Concentration Camp when the resistance gets too close to their town. There Elie is permanently separated from his mother and sister, but remains with his father, transported to Buna Concentration Camp, and eventually liberated in 1945, a few months after his father dies. I really liked Night, despite it being extremely heartbreaking. It let me understand the horror and depth of what happened to Jews in Germany during World War II and made me feel so sorry for Elie Wiesel; even at one point, bringing
The time zone is 1939, time of the Holocaust was occurring. This fantastic event would impact the character in many different ways. For example, when we are introduced to the main character she wasn't in such a good place. She was getting on a train with her mother and younger brother for a reason that might be so her mother can give them up to their foster parents. However before they could reach their new home, a great tragedy has become of Liesel (the main character).
