This quarter, I have read a book named The Boys in the Boat by Daniel James Brown. This book is talked about the life of Joe Rantz and the 1936 Olympic eight- oar crew from the University of Washington. More than that, it’s also talked about their boat, the boat helped them to win the competitive. As more I read, I found that book has taught me so much and it gave me a lot of feeling. First, it’s about Joe Rantz, he had to live in a poor village, had a poor life, but Jose was still very strong. He went to school, and then went to work, solved all the life problems by himself.
