In Booker T. Washington’s, “A Protest Against the Burning and Lynching of Negroes”, he inspects racial injustice through pathos and logos. Firstly, Washington gives a pathos statement by expressing his views on the unreasonable burning and lynching. “These brutal and inhuman crimes are leading us,”(Washington 1904).
