The live stream sports broadcasting venture will focus on a bootstrapping business plan model. The bootstrapping method will allow me to further my idea in a manageable step by step scenario. A way that you can take your idea off the ground and implement the larger goals along the way. Therefore allowing me to build my idea over time versus going straight for the larger goal and carrying a heavier risk on my back. Bootstrapping will allow you to be successful in smaller manageable ways that will allow you to achieve your goals over time.

To implement the startup of this idea, I will focus on creating sports content with local markets such as the Canadian Soccer League and the Arena Soccer League. Both of these business I am working for have shown interest in creating more digital presence for their fans. Starting with a smaller market with this scale will allow me to understand the ins and outs of the production that can later be transferred into a more upscaled production. Without losing out on many of the features that I want to provide in the future, the smaller scale will still be able to produce the live stream concept, multi camera functionality as well as game recaps. This would then progress as shown through the bootstrapping method to become a highlight show, additional camera coverage, virtual reality and a digital

Sports in general has been a passion for me since I was a kid and when entering High-School I started to film all types of sports and thus here I am today filming and editing sports as a career. This past year I have dived into the realm of live stream content for sports and other venture and have seen the interest from viewers. In regards to my venture itself, some of the ideas have been changed or developed further but overall the long term goal has remained the same. I have taken the project in a more miniature scale that would be capable of achieving after graduation and then as years progress implement the idea to the full scale I envisioned. Furthermore additional elements have come forth since the development of this project such as Virtual Reality and a Digital Hub. Virtual Reality will give a more advanced audience engagement with the action as it gives the user a point of view look. While the Digital Hub, will bring forth a service that will provide you will all live stream content created in one space. Similar to how Netflix is a digital space that hosts films and tv shows for users to binge. All in all my venture has developed into something that I am excited to execute in the real world and hope that audiences
