There was a huge truck bomb explosion on April 19, 1995 it happened outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma. This bombing ended up leaving 168 people dead and and so many more injured. Timothy McVeigh was the one who set off this blast and was put to his death for these crimes in 2001. Timothy had a partner who's name was Terry Nichols and he ended up receiving life in prison. This tragic bombing was the worse attack from terrorist to have taken place on the United States soil, until September 11, 2001.
The Oklahoma Bombing affected many lives in American history. Timothy McVeigh killed 167 men, women, and children. The morning of April 9, 1995, McVeigh walked into the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and committed a mass murder. Before McVeigh bombed the federal building, he rented a Ryder Truck from Junction, Kansas. To this day people visit the memorial in Oklahoma City, and pay their respects to the families who lost loved ones in the bombing.

The assassination of Addie Mae Collins, Carole Robertson, Cynthia Wesley and Denise Carol McNair was very unjust, because they were innocent, unoffending, and did not deserve to die that way. Addie, Cynthia, Carole, were only fourteen years old, and Denise was only eleven.
On the morning of April 19, 1995 at 9:02 AM, a truck-bomb explosion was set off in the front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The blast left 168 people dead including 19 children and hundreds of other people injured. It also leveled approximately one third of the federal building, as well as about another 300 other buildings. The blast was orchestrated by an ex-military and anti-government militant, Timothy McVeigh.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother Tamarlan set off two bombs near the finish line of the marathon, killing three people and wounding over 260 more . Tsarnvaevs older brother had been killed during a gun battle with the police and Dzokhar had later been arrested. The younger of the two brothers was then put on trial and later facing death on 17 counts and being sentenced to death.
