Someday I will meet Oprah Winfrey. I will! And when I do, I will thank her for all she has taught me. I'm serious. I have had so many of my own, as she calls them, "Aha moments" just from watching her shows. Recently on her Super Soul Sunday and Lifeclass shows, she interviewed author, Brene Brown, who has researched and written about the subject of Vulnerability. According to Dr. Brene Brown and contrary to popular belief, Vulnerability is NOT a sign of weakness, but rather the highest form of courage. She goes on to say that allowing yourself to be vulnerable is the only way to achieve true authenticity. Vulnerability involves speaking your truth. She also says that being authentic can feel threatening to others and you will find
