Buddhism is the practice of trying to achieve Nirvana (enlightenment). Nirvana is the end goal that releases a Buddhists soul from the cycle of rebirth; reincarnation. Also, Buddhism that has influence from Hinduism and is based on teachings from Buddha; “The Enlightened One.” Buddhism is a non-revealed religion, which means that the followers of Buddhism don’t have a direct from a God or message from a God figure. The Buddhists create their own path to achieve Nirvana but also following the rules of Buddhism; Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path.
