Bullying is a repeated behavior where one person or group of people who deliberately intimidates or abuses an individual person with the intention to hurt that person physically or emotionally. Any act of bullying can be physically or verbally. Being bullied can take an emotional strain on someone who is being bullied. The effects of being bullied can be: depression, thoughts of suicide, poor attendance, low test scores, or anxiety. These are just a few of the effects that can happen when someone is being bullied.
Bullying is the use of superior strength to intimidate others. Bullying is typically done when someone wants another person to do what they want them to do. This is seen very obviously from the queen bee. The queen bee is the most powerful girl in school. She can manipulate anyone, and so she does.

Horizontal Violence has become a newly coined termed to further define the concept of bullying in the workplace. According to Becher and Visovsky (2012), Horizontal Violence is described as “an act of hostility that creates an undesirable work environment that weakens teamwork in the clinical setting”.

Bullying. Something that every kid fears. Being the outsider, the loner, the person that never feels like they’re good enough. Some fear it so much that they take their own lives. If only parents knew.
Confidence: Being bullied is a hard thing to experience. Once I got through it, I became a stronger person inside. The experience built my confidence and helped me move on with my life. To put this in simpler words, kids, teens and adults can all be victims of bullying and to think that because of harsh words, physical abuse or intimidation one can go to extreme measures when the path to ending the problem is not

Bullying in schools is a common and worldwide spread problem that can have critical and negative implications on the general school climate as well as on the right of students to study in a safe and secure environment without fear.
