Bullying is an intimidated forceful behavior where one individual or a group of individuals in a place of energy purposely scares, abuses, or pressures a person with the aim to hurt that individual physically or verbally. Many acts of bullying can be physical or verbal. Numerous young people can be unkind to each other during pre-adulthood as they refine social abilities and develop into adults. While these interactions are disagreeable, there is a reasonable line among conflict and bullying.
When it comes to bullying many incidents involve premeditated behavior, which involves the attempt to purposely hurt someone. Behavior that is repeated, which is when the same person is being bullied every single day. Power over the victim, which is

It can physical, verbal and psychological harassment in the workplace. A person can be threatened by a co-worker in the workplace like, gossip that is very hurtful can be spread, being yelled at, being mocked, being called out of name and it can even involve discrimination.
After listening to Jennifer Livingston bring up the incident, I was happy she didn’t take offense to it because she didn't care about the man's opinion about her weight. I was also glad that her husband and co-workers took that very seriously. She's married and a mother of three, she took lightly to the situation. I love how she explained that many children learn their behaviors from the adults. If the child's parent decides to call someone out of their name then they are giving their own child the "okay," to call someone out of their name.
I think this is what adults need to be very careful with because children are taught a certain way to act. They catch on very fast and repeat any words or act a certain way they saw their parents acting. I'm glad she addressed that issue on national television because bullying is an issue that needs to be taken seriously. There's many adults and children who are being bullied right now and they have taken their own lives because of it. I'm just glad the whole world can see how hurtful words can affect someone's daily
