This memo serves as the purpose to request your assistance with my sponsorship in a Business Writing Course at Howard University. As the Project Administrator for an affluent company, I believe that staying abreast with the current trends and its formalities is essential for assisting with the success of running a competitive professional operation. The ability to be able to effectively communicate information to vendors, contractors and customers is a fundamental part of the Project Administrator.

Enrolling in a business writing course at Howard University, will give me the needed edge with applying the proper tactics and techniques for proof reading proposals. This class will further advance my writing skills by providing me with the know how when it comes to selecting the correct words to deliver the message concisely and precisely as well as developing managerial approaches for the utmost impact.

Completing this writing course will result in the implementation of my newly learned and updated skills. My enriched improvements will be recognized instantaneously. I will be considered as a more experienced communicator, specifically in terms of writing. I will become more of an asset by being able to assist the project manager and other entities, with the transmission of thoughts through their proposals with professionalism, accuracy and thoroughness.

The cost for the Business Writing course is $1850.00. Tuition is $1450.00, books are 350.00 and the nonrefundable application fee is $ 50.00.The classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday for a duration of two months. The course will be in the evening from 6pm to 8 pm so as to not interfere with my regular work schedule. Classes will commence on Tuesday, March 24th. Payment is due in full by Monday, March
