This course Management communication helped me in developing my writing, presentation, and communication skills. Improvement of these skills is attained through feedback from the instructor, as well as from peers. After taking this course I realized that professional communication is strategic. I have also learned that while communicating with others I need to give a thought about the audience to whom I am communicating, in addition to the purpose of the message and the context in which I am communicating. After completing the course, I have improved my skills in professional writing, speaking, collaborating across cultures and working in teams. • I have learned to communicate and to organize thoughts effectively in various professional and business situations which include meetings, groups, interviews and training. I can apply my strong organizational skills in a professional environment. Having good organizational skills is mostly measured to have the capability to manage my duties through time management, sensible planning, prioritization and detail orientation.
• I can make frequently used workplace communications methods including letters, memos, directive, emails, etc. As business memorandum is a suitable method to publicize the information. The business memo also provides the authority and formality a company-wide policy change requires and learning how to properly create each will help me more effectively communicate your message.
