However, I am willing to learn and preform the job duties required through any training or resources available. I do possess both a bachelors and associates in criminal justice. I feel this education has possibly prepared to begin to understand the education I will learn for this position. The experience I have, although not directly related, has also allowed me to develop customer service skills which have sometimes be used to compromise with upset individuals. Although every situation will be different, I feel I do possess communication skills that can be helpful. From not just listening, but understanding what others may be saying or trying to say. I feel i have always enjoyed meeting new people and working through situations to find a compromise. I understand not all situations may be pleasant, but you can always try for the best possible outcome and go from there. I also understand sometimes the unpleasant situations may not have room to compromise and you need to know how to deescalate the situation and keep it from developing further. I do feel the training you provide will prepare me and develop my skills further to best preform the
