6. What extraordinary medical benefits are provided to your team members? o Over the last 8-9 years Calabrio has been able to provide 70% of premiums to each employee as well as critical care and vision benefits.
7. Do you support community service/charitable causes? If so, how? o Calabrio has a unique corporate giving program that is decided by the senior and management teams at the beginning of each year. Each employee is granted 16 hours of paid volunteer time to mentor, tutor, coach or other unpaid volunteer programs. Calabrio is also a member of Entrepreneur House for Habitat for Humanity for the past 7 years. Calabrio offers financial support and volunteers a total of 40 hours per year.
