Health At Campbelltown Pty Ltd (HAC) is a chain of three medical practices throughout the North-Eastern suburbs in Adelaide, South Australia. For the past four years HAC has struggled with the freezing of medicare rebate by the Government. In the past year there has been an increase of pharmacies attempting to replicate the services that doctors provide (advice/diagnostic, vaccinations, health checks).
Health at Campbelltown Pty Ltd was founded in 2001 by Dr. Alvin Chua and Dr. Anna Schettini. They have three practices throughout the north-eastern suburbs in Adelaide, South Australia (Figure 1). A stakeholder is any group or individual who has interest in or is affected by the activities of a business. Doctors and staff pride themselves on providing quality and friendly service.

Stakeholder management is the process by which an individual establishes and maintains support from internal staff members and external parties for a new product or project or change within the organisation.
HAC has many stakeholders, however the most important is the Australian Government. The government sets regulations as well as providing valuable funds to keep medical practises in business. These valuables fund are known as Medicare. Medicare is a funding from the government which allows Australian residents to have access to healthcare.
At this current time the government has freezed medicare. HAC is always looking to increase its revenue. There is two ways this can be achieved, increasing the price of appointments, or increasing overall sales. However both of these solutions conflict with customers. If prices are increased then customers will become unhappy as the overall price will become too expensive. If HAC manages to increase their customer amounts, this will then increase waiting times, if staff are not
