Besides, the company also can outsource some experience worker for this industry because currently their employees are just sufficient for current workload. The experience worker actually can ensure the quality of the products that they produce and also can learn from each other depends on their personal knowledge. This can help the employees having good relationship among them and also can brings benefit to the company business by increasing the progress of the work.
