They have never been on this street before so they are wondering what may come. As they are walking they hear about this place called the Citric Acid Cycle on the mitochondrion road. The girls try to go inside but they see a large membrane covering the front door and the channel is only accepting certain people. The girls are now known as Acetyl-CoA and just when they try to pass the entrance, an oxaloacetate insists to walk them inside. They enter and the girls spot enzymes standing everywhere and some of them are dressed just like the other guys that were standing outside and they also had oxygen gas written on their shirts but they weren't the guys who took their carbon. One of the carbon and oxygen gases are really hitting it off and she leaves and diffuses like her other friend.
