Project background CarParts productions is a specialized CarParts manufacturer who supply parts to car manufacturers, vehicle maintenance and service companies. CarParts are based in Australia and they have two manufacturing plants. One is in Melbourne, Victoria and Freemantle, WA. The head office for the sales team is based out of Melbourne. Distribution centres exist at both locations and now as part of their emergent strategy, CarParts have the view to expand into the sub-continent and they are eyeing a partnership with Tata Motors.
