In order to write an effective hazards communication Plan, we need to identify the responsible staff for the program, in this case it will be the safety coordinator, the purchasing agent, the receiving department, and including myself since the company asked to assist the program. Ensure labeling and other forms of warring are available on all hazardous chemical in workplace, in this case the unreadable solvent can, need to be labeled to identity the material throughout the product identifier with appropriate hazard warning word, picture, symbols and name, address, phone number of the manufacturer, distributor, or importer. SDSs for each hazardous chemical, in this case have only two SDSs available and accessible during work shift. As for the solvent SDS, the need to contact the manufacturer or distributor to request an SDS for the solvent is required throughout the receiving invoice or packing label or check the main container or drum that been transferred from. Methods of observation, training the employee to identify the chemical, physical hazardous and any chemical hazards not classified that exist in their workplace including any operation include dealing with hazardous chemicals. Consequently, the employer will ensure that the employee recognize how to use the information on labels, Safety Data Sheets and how to practice using the personal safety equipment, the emergency procedures to follow if an employee is exposed to chemicals hazardous as a Measure that employee can take to protect themselves.(J.J.Killer,2012,p.113).

D. Extra Credit: Describe requirements for the new Hazard Communication Standard.
The new Hazard Communication Standard, will include Hazard classification that provides specific standards for classification of health and physical hazards, as well as classification of mixtures. Labels, chemical manufacturers and importers or suppliers or distributors will be required to provide a label that includes a harmonized signal word, pictogram, hazard statement for each hazard class and group, and precautionary statements. Safety Data Sheets, Will now have a specified 16-section format. Information and training, Employers are required to train workers by December 1, 2013 on the new labels elements and safety data sheets format to accelerate recognition and understanding.
