On or about Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 1941 hours your AFFIANT received a phone call from an off duty Shenandoah police officer William MOYER. MOYER stated he is on the 100 block of N. Market St. where a fight in progress is going on. MOYER stated the actors are Jennifer ADAMS and Stephen MACKERAVAGE.

Your AFFIANT arrived on scene and attempted to speak with MACKERAVAGE. MACKERAVAGE was acting aggressive and hostile. MACKERAVAGE was taken into custody and placed into the back of your AFFIANTS patrol vehicle. Your AFFIANT and Chief Shawn TRAY of West Mahanoy Township police spoke with ADAMS about the altercation. ADAMS admitted to getting into a physical altercation with MACKERAVAGE. ADAMS stated MACKERAVAGE is her boyfriend and she will fight him if she wants to. …show more content…

ADAMS was emitting a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot glossy eyes, slurred speech, thick tongue speech. Your AFFIANT asked ADAMS how much she had to drink today. ADAMS stated, "A lot, I can drink if I want to and as much as I fucking want to." When speaking with ADAMS she continued to progressively get aggressive and argumentative. Your AFFIANT and TRAY both advised ADAMS to go home, and stay inside due to her intoxication.

ADAMS stated she does not want to leave MACKERAVAGE, then asked your AFFIANT where MACKERAVAGE is going. Your AFFIANT advised ADAMS that MACKERAVAGE is being taken back to the Shenandoah Police station. ADAMS stated she wants to go back to the police station and stay there with MACKERAVAGE. Your AFFIANT advised ADAMS she is to go home and stay inside, and advised ADAMS she is not to come to the police
