The cities provide us with parks and they rely on the people to respect and follow the rules in place. often the rules are heeded and there could be a lawsuit waiting to happen because if an encounter were to occur whether its dog vs dog or dog vs victim its rightful for the individual to sue not only the attackers owner but the city as well for not enforcing the law. although this could be factual its also possible that there wouldnt be any attacks and that the dogs could actually get along if provided the space to socialise, exersize and hang out. The issue of dogs noise levels that prevents residents from sleeping as it says in the opposing passage can easily be addressed by setting an appropriate time frame and having the park closed at a reasonable hour. The opposing passage stated that the park is too expensive and that the fence alone is 70,000 dollars and that dog owners shouldnt pressure the city to provide the space they cannot provide themselves.
This week’s article, “Six Lies about the Marlins Stadiums,” by Elfrink unveils that the Marlins stadium used the taxpayers’ money unwisely. Simply maintaining this stadium costs more than what the Marlins stadium brings in. Thus, the Marlins Stadium has a low gross income, which is very problematic for the taxpayers, since they might be a certain way of using their money for that. According to Jordan Rappaport and Chad Wilkerson in the article, “What Are the Benefits of Hosting a Major League Sports Franchise?”

I was physically and mentally sick when I looked into its eyes. Now, while you are reading this essay, perhaps holding a scrumptious apple pie in your hand, hundreds of, thousands of feeble animals are dying by inhumane animal tests.
In the year 1600, tobacco spread all through the United States and in the nations around it. To the people in America, tobacco smoking was taken as a tradition which they all had adopted. By the year 1604, James I the king of England, opposed tobacco smoking, saying that it would cause wild behaviors to the people. By then, tobacco smoking had become a habit for most of the people in England and they begged to be allowed to continue doing it. In the year 1612, tobacco was planted not only to be consumed now but also as a cash crop.

After signing the Declaration of Independence in 1776, The 13 former colonies were undergoing an identity crisis. It was one thing to declare independence, but it was another to realize what you were now that you declared it. The Constitution was eventually written, at an attempt to create a more perfect union between the states. One of the amazing things about the Constitutional Convention was that the people knew most governments would result in either chance or war. They knew that what they were doing was sitting in a room and rationally trying to create a good government.
What good would come from adolescents being out past 10 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends? I can assure you, not many benefits would result from such. Some may argue though, that some teens have jobs that could be later working hours than the curfew, or that some teens attend night classes. However, I believe that teens should have a curfew because it would keep some out of the trouble of parties and away from illegal substances, and also there is a higher risk of wrecking at night among teens who drive. I believe, adding a curfew would detour some teens from going down a dangerous, yet popular path, of underage substance abuse.
