Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is the largest Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company over 80 years that has change the growth of the people in India. It helps the society to have a chance of a better future as well as feeling good, looking good and improving their lifestyle by providing services that are good to people. The products includes foods and beverages, and home and personal care products. There are many products that they are suppliers, according to Hindustan Unilever Limited (2016), which stated that “with over 35 brands spanning 20 distinct categories such as soaps, detergents, shampoos, skin care, toothpastes, deodorants, cosmetics, tea, coffee, packaged foods, ice cream, and water purifiers, the Company is a part of the everyday life of millions of consumers across India.” Their vision is to plan to improve the living growth for the people, as “it sets out our clear and compelling vision to double the size of the business, while reducing our environmental footprint and increasing our positive social impact and gives life to our determination to build a sustainable business for the long term as this is captured in the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan.” (Hindustan Unilever Limited, 2016) The CEO Paul Polman (2009) said that “We cannot close our eyes to the challenges that the world faces.
