Introduction: Folsom Outlet Mall, Folsom, California, the Coach Store Manager filed a report with the Local Police Department after $2500 worth of wallets was stolen from the store. The Coach Store Manager identified one of two suspects as local news anchor, Ms. Sabrina Rodriguez. Local Law Enforcement Officers conducted an investigation and issued a warrant for Ms. Sabrina Rodriguez’s arrest. They believe that she helped an accomplice steal the merchandise from the Coach Store. Arrest Process: Ms. Sabrina Rodriguez turned herself in to the police where she was placed in custody while waiting to appear before the judge.
At 1422 hours Rutledge entered the store and purchased several items before exiting the store. I was unable to access the station 's records to see the amounts of purchase at pump four or at the counter. Borjorquez was unable to transfer the video from the store onto a useable format so I used a camera to record the video from the monitor. On October 13, 2015, the AP department received a tip about from the fraud department that a large quantity of gift cards was purchased at their store with fraudulent credit cards on October 2, 2015. Investigative Support/Findings: On October 13, 2015, after receiving a tip from an APM of Manhasset, Fraud Investigations Manager David Hill investigated the purchase of several gift cards. The gift cards were purchased at the New York Lord and Taylor store and at the Albany store from the dates of September 20, 2015 and October 7, 2015. The gift cards were then sold to a company called Raise, who buys gift cards off of customers for a discounted value and re-sells the gift cards for profit. Raise revealed that they had purchased many gift cards from the same seller.
S/S Folwaczny contacted Non- Emergency 911 concerning two black sedans parked on the premises in front of OPS 1 at 12490 Sunrise Valley Drive. S/S Folwaczny spoke to Dispatch Operator Dang concerning the vehicles, After running the VIN number, D/O Dang was able to confirm that the vehicles were not stolen and that any further action pertaining to the vehicles would have to take place Sprint Security.
On 04/23/16 I contacted Andrew Jepko at Pinching Pennies in reference to a theft of property call. Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. On 02/12/2016 at about 0830 HRS Scott Chisholm came into the Barton County Sheriff's Office and reported that his machine shed had been entered and items stolen from it again last night. This is the 2nd time in less than a week his shed had been burglarized. I responded to the scene, in the 400 block of SE 20 Ave, on the west side. I followed Chisholm across the sand drive into the grass so as not to disturb any tire impressions or possible shoe impressions.
