Both lower limbs were kept in hip and knee flexed in 90* and feet rested towards ground. The feet were rested comfortably with hip adduction and the mobile bar supports the legs till lower thigh to assist in exercise. Then the patient abducts the both hip outside the midline of the body. This exercise was done for 3 sets with 8-10 repetitions. 9. Alternative Stepper · Here the patient stands on alternative stepper with one leg extended and another leg semi flexed. Both upper limbs can have a support if needed. Once patient is stabilized in this position, the patient can start exercises with extending and flexing the lower limbs with resistance. The researcher will be monitoring the progress and will see that patient maintains adequate balance during the exercise. 10. Resisted static cycle · The patient seats in the cycle comfortably and keeps the feet in the cycle pedal. Once 1 RM measured, the recommended resistance is calculated and the exercise started. The patient alternative flexes and extends the cycling pedal as normal cycle. Totally 16-20 rotations of cycling are done as 8-10 repetitions for each leg and totally 3 sets were
